Kelly is available for bookings worldwide.  She also has a team of other licensed artists available for work worldwide.  OCS has artists based in major U.S. cities on the East Coast, West Coast, and

Gulf Coast ... and all of our artists are availble to travel worldwide.

All work is done on location.  Our rates are all-inclusive, there are no additional fees charged for travel, lashes, airbrush, etc.  Everything is included.  

Kelly works in film & television production, as do many of our other artists and for that reason, availability for weddings and special occasions is very limited.  Available dates are subject to change and bookings are not considered confirmed unless a retainer for your date is on file so, we encourage you to book your date as early as possible.  When you book your day - that is your day and your artist will not accept additional bookings on that day.  

Bookings canceled six or more months in advance of service date are 100% refundable.  Cancellations within three to five months of service date are 75% refundable, within 45-90 days of service date 50% refundable and, if canceled within the 45 days prior to service date, non-refundable.
